Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery Times

Within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days, please contact us.

Undeliverable or Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help resolve any issue.
