Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@pockethosse.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance items and products marked final sale cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
